A welcoming, refined nephrology practice environment
Why patients reach out

You deserve clarity — not another waiting room.

Kidney disease rarely arrives with a clear roadmap. Many of our patients come to us carrying conflicting information, an anxious diagnosis, or simply a quiet worry that something isn't right. We start every relationship the same way: with a careful listen.

Use any of the channels below to begin a conversation. Our care coordinators respond within one business day — and every inquiry is read by a member of the clinical team, not an automated queue.

Questions we hear most often.

A few quick answers to the most common things patients ask before their first contact with our practice. Don't see your question? Send a note and we'll respond personally.

  • Do I need a referral to schedule a consultation?

While many of our patients are referred by their primary care physician, a referral is not always required. We're happy to verify your specific insurance requirements when you reach out.

  • How quickly can I be seen?

New patient consultations are typically scheduled within 1–2 weeks. Urgent referrals and acute cases are prioritised and often accommodated within 48 hours.

  • What insurance plans do you accept?

We accept most major commercial insurance plans, Medicare, and Medicaid. Our team will verify coverage and explain any out-of-pocket considerations before your visit.

  • Can you coordinate with my primary care physician?

Absolutely. Coordinated care is core to our philosophy. With your consent, we share notes and treatment plans with your PCP and any other specialists involved in your care.

  • What should I bring to my first visit?

Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any recent lab work or imaging from other providers. We'll send a detailed pre-visit checklist after you book.
